At Studio Blonde, we strive to create a calm, relaxing space where every guest can unwind and enjoy their time in the chair. For the safety of little ones and the comfort of all guests, children are only permitted in the salon if they are receiving a scheduled service.
We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements ahead of your appointment. The salon environment contains sharp tools, hot equipment, and professional products—not ideal for curious hands or wandering feet. 💛

Requests for adjustments must be made within 7 days of your original appointment. We’ll gladly schedule a complimentary redo to address any concerns related to the service provided. Redo appointments must be scheduled within 14 days of the original visit.
Please note: This policy does not cover changes of mind (i.e., deciding you want to go lighter/darker after the agreed-upon result), or situations where aftercare instructions were not followed. A new appointment may be needed for changes outside the original scope of service.

Not totally sure about a product you picked up? No worries—we’ve got you. If a product is completely unopened and unused, we’ll gladly accept a return within 30 days for salon credit.
Because we’re a small business, we’re unable to offer refunds or accept used product returns. Thank you for understanding!
